Lesson Unit
Students will analyze self-growth and contemplate a moment in their life where they experienced self-growth.
Students will create cardboard sculptures which represent self-growth
Then students will learn about the four types of contour line drawings. They will complete a series of drawings utilizing these techniques. They will end this lesson with completing four types of contour line drawings of their self-growth objects.
Students will assemble their self-growth drawings in any way they see fit, in order to create 1 final composition.
Exhibitions will show the 2D drawings in the background and the sculptures in the foreground.
